For your comfort and enjoyment there are 3 TVs, a fireplace, balcony patio, and a workspace with an ergonomic chair. The open-concept living space has views of the dining room, living room, and balcony from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker, k-cup pods, slow cooker, and rice maker. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in closet and separate toilet room. Sofa sleeper is a memory foam, queen size mattress. The condo is located within a gated community. It has an attached 2-car garage with a ground floor entrance. However, there is a staircase to get up to the living area and bedrooms.

Although there are no neighbors below or above this condo, there are shared walls on either side. We ask guests to be considerate and respectful of noise levels, littering, and blocking neighbor driveways.

House Rules

This home resides in a condominium complex with shared walls with neighbors. Please be respectful of noise, (especially between 10:00pm-5:00am) and blocking driveway entrances. No smoking/vaping in the home or garage and no parties. Please be considerate of cleaner's time and schedules. They work diligently to turn over this home in a timely manner. A $15.00 fee for every 15 minutes late will be charged to guests who check-out late without pre-approval and arrangement with host. Please do not move furniture. This causes damage to the furniture and flooring! Also, our cleaning crew is not always able to manually move the furniture back to its original position on their own, requiring us to call a handyman to help. If furniture is moved, this will incur fees!

One of the main reason we chose the place was for the garage. It was perfect. It fit a large double cab 2500 pick up truck. The place was clean and had what needed. Close to restaurants and a good location.
